Piedmont Women’s Center (PWC) is a trusted pregnancy medical clinic and resource center serving the Upstate of South Carolina for more than 30 years. We’ve walked alongside thousands of women, offering compassionate care and support at no cost. Our services include medical-grade pregnancy testing, pregnancy consultations, limited obstetrical (OB) ultrasounds, STI screening and treatment, well-woman exams, child loss support, parenting classes, and material resources. Each service is provided to you for free—no cost, no insurance required.

Through one-on-one resource coaching, we take the time to listen and learn how we can best walk alongside you. Whether you’re facing physical, emotional, or spiritual needs, our heart is to meet you right where you are and support you every step of the way.
Along with the medical and resource services we provide, we can also connect you with trusted organizations for extra support. If you need housing, we can introduce you to people and places that can help. If you’re looking for OB care or Medicaid, we’ll guide you to the right organizations and walk you through the paperwork to get started. And if you’re struggling with an addiction you want to overcome, we can connect you with a safe and supportive place to receive the care you need. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to go through it alone — we’re here to help you find the support that’s right for you.
